3-1-10: SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation, or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee thereof, licensed by the village, to sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years or to any intoxicated person except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1.
