Use of the City Administration Building Facilities, Parks, Pavilions and Fields
150.01   City Hall Community Complex rooms and gymnasium rentals.
150.02   Community Recreation Complex rentals.

150.01 CITY HALL COMMUNITY COMPLEX ROOMS AND GYMNASIUM RENTALS.
   (a)   City Hall Community Rooms
      (1)   Fees for rentals at City Hall will be provided to Administration/Mayor’s Office for approval on a yearly basis by the Recreation Director.
      (2)   Security fee per hour will be paid directly to approved security personnel acting as an independent contractor. Such approved security personnel shall be designated by the Chief of Police or the Director of Public Service and Properties.
      (3)   There is a four-hour minimum rental requirement.
      (4)   In addition to other charges set forth herein, in the event of improper cleaning or damages to the premises, the Service Director will supervise any additional cleaning or work required after said rental. The Renter will be charged for this additional cleaning via credit card provided on the rental agreement, plus a one hunded fifty dollars ($150.00) service fee.
      (5)   Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis no more than 180 days before and no less than thirty (30) days prior to the event.
   (b)   City Hall Community Room Gymnasium.
      (1)   Fees for private rentals of the Community Center Gymnasium will be provided to the City Council for approval on a yearly basis by the Recreation Director.
      (2)   Security fee per hour will be paid directly to the approved security personnel acting as an independent contractor. Such approved seeurity personnel shall be designated by the Chief of Police or the Director of Public Service and Properties.
      (3)   No rental of the Community Center Gymnasium will be permitted during office hours that will create a disturbance and disruption of City operations or during any time that security personnel is not present at the Community Center.

150.02 COMMUNITY RECREATION COMPLEX RENTALS.
   Anyone interested in renting facilities at the Community Recreation Complex will contact the Recreation Complex Front Desk Manager and complete the appropriate paperwork via the Rental Agreement.
   (a)   Fees for rentals of the Community Recreation Complex will be provided to City Council for approval on a yearly basis by the Recreation Director.
   (b)   If alcohol will be served/available at a private rental, there will be an additional security fee per hour charge paid directly to approved security personnel acting as an independent contractor. Such approved security personnel shall be designated by the Chief of Police or the Director of Public Service and Properties. No swimming is permitted if there is alcohol.
   (c)   Any renter who rents the Community Recreation Complex room/s shall be       allowed a one-half hour (30 minutes) set-up time and a one-half hour (30 minutes) clean-up time without charge by the City.
   (d)   There is a two hour minimum rental requirement.
   (e)   In the event of improper cleaning or damages to the premises, the Recreation Director will supervise any additional cleaning or work required after said rental. The renter will be charged via credit card provided on the rental agreement plus $150.00 service fee.

150.03 CITY PARKS AND PAVILION RENTALS.
   Anyone interested in renting the City Parks and/or Pavilions will contact the City Administrative Specialist and complete the appropriate paperwork via the Rental Agreement.
   (a)   Fees for rentals of the City Park and Pavilions will be provided to City Council for approval on a yearly basis by the Recreation Director.
   (b)   If alcohol is being served in the Pavilions, there will be a security fee per hour paid directly to approved security personnel acting as an independent contractor. Such approved security personnel shall be designated by the Chief of Police or the Director of Public Service and Properties.
   (c)   In the event of damage or improper cleaning to the park grounds or pavilions, the Service Director will supervise any cleaning or repair work required after said rental. The renter will be charged via credit card provided on the rental agreement plus a $150.00 service fee. (Ord. 133-2018. Passed 10-22-18.)
