(a) The Mayor of the City of Seven Hills and Recreation Director have the authority to adjust, or waive, the usage fees for the City of Seven Hills facilities on a per occasion basis. These facilities include, but are not limited to, the Community Center Complex, Community Center Gymnasium, Recreation Complex, baseball fields, soccer fields, parks and pavilions.
(b) All permanent changes to usage fees must be approved by Seven Hills City Council on a yearly basis as stated elsewhere in this chapter.
