Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Codified Ordinances, the City's Senior Citizens shall be entitled to meet and use "A" Hall of the Community Complex (City Hall) without cost not more than two days per month on an annual basis. Such dates to be determined in the month of January of each year provided that the senior citizens' group obtain the necessary applications/permits from the City Administrative Specialist.
