Sec. 2-87 Uniform Allowance for Civilian Fire and Police Employees.

All civilian employees of the Town of Schererville Police Department and Fire Department shall be allowed a clothing allowance of up to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per year. The clothing shall be purchased through the Town of Schererville purchase order system. Any difference in the cost of clothing and the two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) allotment shall remain with the Town of Schererville.
