a. Size. Drawing sheet(s) shall be prepared at 1" = 50'-0", or numerically less, on 11 x 17" or 24 x 36" standard sheets with title block containing name of owner and/or developer of the project, and name, address and phone number of the preparer.
b. Electronic file format. Drawings prepared with CAD software shall be prepared for digital submission in an Autodesk® format, or approved equal. The digital drawings shall follow the Town of Schererville GIS layering standards. A list of the required layering standards and current Autodesk® version are available upon request, in the Planning and Building Department.
c. Horizontal datum. The project boundary shall be tied to Indiana State Plan Coordinates NAD83. A list of Indiana State Plane markers within Schererville is available upon request.
d. Vertical datum. Elevations shall be adjusted to NAVD88 with accuracy of one-tenth (0.1) foot for ground elevations and one-hundredth (0.01) foot for structure elevations, such as manhole rim, pipe invert and pavement.
