Sec. 2-82 Definitions Used in the Police Department. 20

   a.   Chief shall mean the Chief of Police of the Town of Schererville, Indiana.

   b.   Council shall mean the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana.

   c.   Town shall mean the Town of Schererville, Indiana.

   d.   Commission shall mean the Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners of the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
