   The following abbreviations shall have the designated meanings:

   POTW      Publicly Owned Treatment Works

   EPA      U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

   mg/l      Milligrams per liter

   FOG      Fats, Oils and Greases

   TPH      Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons
