Sec. 9-269 Nominal Domestic Sewage Waste Strength.
   Normal domestic sewage waste strength should not exceed a five day biological oxygen demand (BOD5) of250 milligrams per liter of fluid, or suspended solids in excess of 250 milligrams per liter of fluid, or ammonia nitrogen measured as nitrogen (NH3-N) in excess of 25 milligrams per liter of fluid. Surcharges, in addition to monthly base rates and volume charges established under Town Sewer user Rate Fee Ordinance, as amended from time to time, shall be calculated accordingly.
