No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, tamper with or prevent access to any structure, appurtenance or equipment, or any other part of the POTW. Any person, entity, or user found in violation of this requirement shall be subject to the sanctions set out in Divisions X through XII, below. (Ord. No. 1862, § 3.6, 2-11-15)
