   a.   The Superintendent is authorized to establish local limits pursuant to 40 CFR 403.5(c).
   b.   The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following daily maximum limit.
      0.5      mg/l aldrin
      25.0      mg/l ammonia nitrogen (total)
      0.5      mg/l arsenic
      250.0      mg/l BOD5
      0.6      mg/I benzene
      0.5      mg/l benzo(a)pyrene
      0.5      mg/l beryllium
      0.1      mg/l cadmium
      0.3      mg/l Carbon tetrachloride
      0.3      mg/l chlordane
      0.3      mg/l chromium
      0.1      mg/l copper
      0.3      mg/l cyanide
      0.5      mg/l dieldrin
      0.5      mg/l fluoride
      0.04      mg/l heptachlor
      0.05      mg/l hexachlorobenzene
      0.4      mg/l hexavalent chromium
      25.0      mg/l iron
      0.5      mg/l lead
      0.05      mg/l lindane
      0.004      mg/l mercury
      0.05      mg/l molybdenum
      0.5      mg/l nickel
      100.0      mg/l fats, oil and grease (FOG)
      0.5      mg/l PCSs

   c.   The above limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for total metal unless indicated otherwise. The Superintendent may impose mass limitations in addition to the concentration-based limitations above.
