Sec. 9-72 Lease of Hydrants to the Town of Schererville.
   The Utility Board of Trustees, subject to approval of the Town Council in compliance with statutory requirements for leasing and the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, will lease each and every fire hydrant within the corporate limits of the Town of Schererville to the Town for the same charge as the annual water charge.
