   The monthly metered rates shall be as follows:

   Next 10,000 gallons               $3.42

   Next 20,000 gallons               $3.22

   Next 40,000 gallons               $3.02

   Next 225,000 gallons               $2.79

   Next 300,000 gallons               $2.58
