Sec. 9-45 Rates Charged to St. John and Its' Sanitary District. 11

   a.   The ordinances of the Town of Schererville shall be amended to charge the Town of St. John and its Sanitary District one dollar and fifty-one cents, ($1.51) per one-thousand (1,000) gallons, subject to review of two years from the effective date of the rate adjustment.

   b.   All other provisions of the contract between the parties and the rates of other categories of customers be reaffirmed.

   c.   This rate change shall become effective the first billing period after adoption.
