Sec. 9-41 Boundaries of the Sanitary District.
   The boundaries of the sanitary sewer district shall be:
   All of Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,13,14, 15,16, 17; the North one half of Section 20; all of Sections 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26; and the Briar Ridge C.C. Subdivision Additions lying in the East one half of the East quarter of Section 6; and the following: That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of section 7, Township 35, North, Range 9 West of the 2nd principal meridian, in the Town Dyer, Lake County, Indiana, lying easterly of the Dyer Ditch, excepting therefrom the following described tract: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 7; thence West along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 , having an assumed bearing of North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 337.69 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 362.95 feet; North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 339.41 feet to the centerline of Dyer Ditch; thence North 37 degrees 46 minutes 07 seconds West, along the centerline of Dyer Ditch, 459.16 feet to the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 , 620.63 feet to the point of beginning; all lying within Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M.; excepting therefrom the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 21; and the Southwest quarter and the Southeast quarter of Section 26 of said Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M.; and Section 36 lying within Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M., excepting therefrom the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the aforementioned Section 36; and Section 35 lying within Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M., excepting therefrom the West ½ of the Northwest 1/4 and the West ½ of the Southwest 1/4 of the aforementioned Section 35; and all of Section 1 and 2 lying within Township 34 North, Range 9 West of the 2nd P.M.
   A map of same is incorporated herein and set forth on the next page. The existence of this district does not constitute or assume that the Utility Board has any obligation to provide sanitary sewer service for any or all property owners within the district beyond current customers but rather to allow for the orderly development and extension and maintenance of service in the district.
