a. Any and all individuals operating a motor vehicle within the town boundaries of Schererville. Indiana, shall operate said vehicle in a reasonable and safe manner based upon the conditions at the time of operation.
b. The officer issuing a traffic citation for violation of this ordinance must specifically state the basis for why he determines the operation of a motor vehicle to be unreasonable or unsafe for conditions.
c. Violation of this ordinance shall be subject to the same penalty provisions applicable to all other Schererville town ordinance violations.
