Sec. 8-140 Enforcement. 25
The procedures for the enforcement of this Chapter to be used by the Schererville Metropolitan Police Department and its members, shall be as prescribed by the pertinent statues of the State of Indiana for violation of State Traffic Regulations and as prescribed in Town of Schererville Ordinance No. 560, passed and adopted October 11, 1972, as amended.
