Sec. 8-134 Bonding and Holding Harmless Provisions.

All contracts or agreements with the towing firms provide that the towing firms are bonded and that they agree to hold harmless the Town of Schererville, Indiana for as a result of any and all legal action which may occur as a result of said towing and storage contract or agreement.
