Sec. 8-132 Towing Contracts to Remove Vehicles Declared Public Nuisances.
   To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts of vehicles declared a public nuisance, the police department may enter into towing contracts or agreements for the removal and storage of abandoned vehicle and parts.
