Every person found violating this ordinance and Town Code Section shall for the first conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00); for a second such conviction within one (1) year thereafter such person shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00); and upon a third and subsequent conviction within one (1) year of the first conviction such person shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1000.00).
