The Town Administrator may restrict or prohibit the conduct, use, possession, or flow of traffic upon such streets or roads and notify the police department or other town departments to assist in erecting signs, barricades, barriers, markings, lights or other implements to effect the purpose of this ordinance.
The Town Administrator shall designate, in writing which street, road, alley, highway, or public thoroughfare with reasonable particularity he declares are a danger to the public health and also declare with reasonable particularity the time in which the restricted use of closing of said street or road shall take effect and when said restricted use or closing may be removed, if possible. Suitable and convenient alternate routes may be provided for traffic so diverted and appropriately marked.
