Sec. 8-115 Definitions. 22

   Pursuant to Indiana Code, §§ 9-6-3-1, et seq., 36-9-2-5, 36-8-2-4, and 35-1-12-1 local town authorities may regulate the conduct, use, possession, or flow of traffic upon such streets and roads or impose restrictions as to the conduct, use, possession or flow of traffic upon such streets and roads where conditions exist in the opinion of the Town Council or other town authorities that might endanger the public health, safety or welfare.
