When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule 4 on school days, within the district.

a. North side of Joliet Street from Austin Avenue east to driveway at east end of Homan School.
b. Joliet Street from intersection of Romans Road to one hundred (100) feet in both direction.
c. West side of Austin Avenue from Joliet Street to Redar Drive.
d. East side of Austin Avenue from Joliet Street to North end of Homan School.
e. North side of Wilhelm Street from Central Avenue to West comer of school building.
f. West side of Central Avenue from Wilhelm Street to alley.
