Sec. 8-62 Special Regulations for Street Work and Snow Removal. 17

   a.   Work. The Public Works Director is given the power to post temporary signs reading "No Parking - Street Work" along any street which he intends to sweep, clear, or work within the succeeding 24 hours. The street commissioner shall post every street that he intends to work with said signs prior to 4 PM of the preceding day.

   All vehicles shall be removed before 7 AM of the day the street is to be worked.

   b.   Snow removal. No person shall park any vehicle on any street within the corporate limits of the town, whenever there is two (2") inches or more of snow thereon, until said snow is removed. Any vehicle which is parked on said streets when the depth of the snow exceeds two (2") inches may be towed away in the manner provided in this Chapter.

   c.   All streets are affected.
