Any person(s), company, corporation or legal entity who shall violate any of the provisions of Section 8-50 may be declared a public nuisance pursuant to Indiana Statute and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or caused to be permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
