Sec. 8-51 Limited Truck Exceptions. 14

   a.   The following streets shall be excepted from Section 8-50:

      1.   Route U.S. Highway 30

      2.   Route U.S. Highway 41

   b.   The purpose and intent of this ordinance shall not be construed to prohibit temporary and singular access of semi-trucks or tractor-trailers into residential districts or districts that are zoned residential for the principal purpose of delivering requested merchandise, goods, or services to a private residence.
