Sec. 8-4 Repeal.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of the traffic code are repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for the violation of any ordinance, repealed, prior to the taking effect of this Code.
