Sec. 8-3 Severability.
   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or portion of this Chapter, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of said Divisions. The Town Council declares that it intended this Traffic Code to be severable.
