From and after the date of the passage and adoption of this ordinance by the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association, owning or occupying real estate in the Town of Schererville, Indiana, to cause to be constructed upon any easement or right-of-way over, along, across or under said real estate any building, structure or improvement of any kind.
