Sec. 7-136 Penalties.
   Any person, persons, partnership, firm or corporation who shall violate any provisions of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor less than fifty dollars ($50.00). Every day any violation of this Article shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
