a. Any provisions stated elsewhere in any other ordinances of the Town which are inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Article are deemed null and void.

b. If any section, clause, provision or portion of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not effect any other section, clause, provision or portion of this Article.

c. Any and all other ordinances and/or parts of ordinances specifically in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed.
