Sec. 7-61 Right of Appeal.

   All persons shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Building Inspector, or duly designated representative, first through the Town of Schererville, and then to the Fire Prevention and building Safety Commission of Indiana in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code, §§ 22-13-2-7 and 4-21.5-3-7, as applicable.
