Sec. 2-9 Office Space for the Clerk-Treasurer.
   Pursuant to Indiana Code, § 36-5-6-5.1, if office space exists in a building owned or leased by the Town, the legislative body shall provide suitable office space for:
   1.   the Clerk-Treasurer; and
   2.   staff and records of the Clerk-Treasurer.
