Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Article, shall be guilty of an infraction, the punishment for which shall be scheduled as follows:
a. The violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00);
b. For the second offense, by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00);
c. For the third and each subsequent event, by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00)
and each day of violation of the provisions of this Article shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as preventing enforcement of this by injunction or other legal or equitable remedy.
