Sec. 7-5 Application and Application Fee. 2

   Each Contractor, as defined herein, desiring to be registered by the Town under the terms and provisions of this Article and the rules and regulations of said Town, shall make application for said registration on a form to be furnished by the Town. Said application shall be deemed filed by delivering the same to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, together with the application fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

2	I.C., § 22-11-3.1-3, provides that one hundred dollars ($100.00) is the maximum amount which can be charged for the initial license fee.
