The provisions of this Article shall not apply to, and the term "Contractor" when used in this Article, shall not be construed to mean or include any of the following:
a. Any regular, full or part-time employee of any "Contractor" registered and licensed under the provisions of this ordinance who is directly engaged in work for their employer.
b. Any elected or appointed official of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, or regular or part-time employee of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, while engaged in the performance of duties for the Town.
