a. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Ordinance and Town Code Section as amended from time to time, for exceeding the posted maximum commercial business establishment occupancy limit shall, upon finding of liable, be fined in an amount not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), and not exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each violation.
b. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Ordinance and Town Code section, as amended from time to time, for failure to post the maximum commercial establishment occupancy sign shall, upon finding of liable, be fined in an amount not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and not exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each violation.
