a. After proper inspection, the Schererville Town Fire Chief, or designee, or the Schererville Town Police Chief, or designee, are authorized to order the temporary closing of any commercial business establishment that is violating the maximum occupancy limit for the remainder of the normal business hours.
b. The Schererville Metropolitan Police Department is authorized to cite any and all violations of this Article with an Ordinance violation.
