Any violation of the provisions of this Article shall constitute an infraction and any person violating this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of said infraction and subject to a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) and no more than twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Each day the violation of this Ordinance occurs and continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
