Sec. 6-230 Commencement and Termination of Commercial or Residential Construction. 31

   No person, firm, corporation or organization shall keep, maintain or operate any item or piece of machinery or equipment or mechanism in any location in the Town of Schererville, Indiana, zoned for commercial or residential use, which item or piece of machinery, equipment or mechanism produces a noise which is audible to the human ear, outside of any building or enclosure on such commercially or residentially zoned property during the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., prevailing legal time, in the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
