Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall for each and every violation thereof be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each offense. Each day that a violator permits a violation to exist shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
