A copy of said lien shall be delivered to the owner or occupier of the real estate. Failure or refusal to pay said amount within thirty (30) days of its receipt will subject said owner or occupier to legal action by the Town's attorney to collect said amount due together with accrued interest, court costs, costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees, and any other costs or expense that the Court may allow.
