Sec. 6-132 Permitting Excessive Growth of Weeds, Rank Vegetation and Grass to be Declared a Public Nuisance.
   a.   It is a public nuisance for an owner of a developed lot or a special subdivided lot to allow weeds, rank vegetation or grass to grow to a length exceeding six inches (6") on his property within the Town.
   b.   It is a public nuisance for an owner of an undeveloped lot or other property to allow weeds, rank vegetation or grass to grow to a length exceeding ten inches (10") on his property within the Town.
   c.   Nothing herein is intended to or shall prohibit the cultivation of a garden or legally cultivated crops.
