Any resident or entity of the Town of Schererville disposing of refuse in the Town Dumpster shall, prior to being granted a permit for the use of such facility, complete and submit an application and no fees for such permit or dumping will be required. Said permit shall be valid for a period of one (1) day. The Valid Day of said permit shall be designated on the permit by the Clerk Treasurer after his/her approval of the application.
