Recycling containers shall remain the property of the Town of Schererville. Damaged, lost, or stolen containers shall be replaced for a fee of six dollars ($6.00) per container. Recycling containers shall remain with the dwelling unit upon transfer of ownership of residency; however, new customers may obtain additional containers for a fee of six dollars ($6.00) per container.
