a. There is hereby established a garbage collection fee for residential dwelling units, as previously defined, in the sum of twenty-one dollars and fifty cents ($21.50) per month, per unit (family). b. Said garbage collection fee shall be billed and collected as part of the normal water and sewer billing system of the Town of Schererville.

c. In the event that any individual garbage collection fee is paid later than thirty (30) days from date of billing, an additional charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) shall be assessed.
