a. Hotels and Motels - Any building or buildings or structures kept, maintained, used, advertised, or held out to the public as inns or places where sleeping accommodations are furnished for hire for transient guests.
b. Business - As defined in citation of the Schererville Town Code.
c. Commercial Building - Any building or structure used as defined as applicable to a C-1, C-2, C-3, or C-4, P.O. or P.U.D. zoning district as defined in the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1046 set forth in Chapter 10 of this Code) and as it may hereafter be amended of the Town of Schererville.
d. Residential Building - Any building or structure used as defined as applicable to a R-1, R-2, R-3, P.O. or P.U.D. zoning district as defined in the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1046 set forth in Chapter 10 of this Code) and as it may hereafter be amended of the Town of Schererville.
e. Apartments/Condominiums - All other multifamily dwellings or structures consisting of more than four (4) families living independently of each other.
