Sec. 6-58 Intent.

This Article is intended to supplement Indiana Code, §§ 22-11-4-11 and 22-11-18-1, et seq., as well as other applicable laws, regulations and ordinances. Wherever this ordinance is in conflict with other local ordinances or resolutions, this ordinance shall supersede. Wherever this ordinance is in conflict with any State or Federal law or regulations, that State or Federal law shall supersede.
