Sec. 6-26 Exceptions.

   The provisions of the ordinance shall not apply to:

   a.   Guide dogs being used to assist the visually or physically impaired;

   b.   Animals being used by any government law enforcement agency;

   c.   Animals that are a part of a parade or show properly authorized by the Animal Control Director.
