The civil and criminal provisions of this ordinance shall be enforced by those persons or agencies designated by municipal authority. It shall be a violation of this ordinance to interfere with an Animal Control Officer in the performance of his duties. In the event that any costs are incurred as a result of the information in this ordinance, such as medical expenses for the treatment of animals, it shall be the responsibility of the owner of said animal to reimburse the municipality for said expenses.
